Pay Per View - Using IOTA distributed ledger (Round 4)

Most online newspapers make their money from ads or time-based user subscriptions. Very few have succeeded with a pay-per-view model. In the process we’re also removing the need for third-party payment providers, and effectively eliminating current fees and transaction costs.
