Ambient News (Round 3)
Summary
We are connecting digital journalism and the Internet of Things. Therefore we are developing an artificial intelligent translation of incoming news or information, convert it into different formats like signals, text snippets, pictograms or audio messages and distribute it to specific channels in the Internet of Things like smart home devices from LED bulbs over smart speakers to household appliances.
The solution
We need to combine news and things. Smart news on smart things.That’s why we want to deliver news signals as a service directly to the user in his immediate environment in a clear, yet unobtrusive way. We make newsrooms more flexible and smarter to be able to deliver such signals. We establish standards in hardware and software to bring these signals to devices in a smart way.
