De-Escalation Bot

This project researches, develops and evaluates Artificial Intelligence-based solutions for news media to detect the occurance and collective amplification of negative emotions in online discussions. The proposed technology shall predict potential events of rapid escalation at group levels, and support human moderation in reinforcing an atmosphere of topic-oriented reasoning.
