Summary
Ask Info is a new way to deliver news and information through audio. It will enable readers to vocally request their newspaper content. Readers appreciate the quality of La Presse.be’s contents and would like to be able to receive the information from journalists at any moment. They will be able to access this information through their interface of choice. The result will share the convenience and ease of reading a paper with speed and ubiquity of digital media and natural speech audio support.
The solution
La Presse.be’s readers use their smartphones throughout the day with frequent access to the news applications and websites.. But today, they would like to access this information through devices and services that enable them listen to what matters the most for them. This project will be a new service within the existing mobile applications that will extend the moments when readers will be able to interact with their newspaper brand and listen to the content.
