Subscription, affiliation, advertising, or branded content, every revenue stream begins in the CMS. Le Figaro will upgrade its custom publishing suite, currently in development, with a set of features that will drive major and measurable business impacts. Through this project, the CMS will evolve from a story pipeline, to a value engine.
Le Figaro's main goal through this project will be to first, use the CMS to attract valuable new readers through content optimisation. The publishing suite will then make it easier to bring readers to its Most Valuable Pages. The last challenge will be to optimise each content type according to its business model.
