This program offers personalized 1-1 consultations designed to provide you with tailored, in-depth advice from FT Strategies' expert consultants. To date, we’ve delivered 100+ consultations across 40+ countries.
Program details
- Application: Complete the short form to indicate the consultation you’d like to receive.
- Diagnostic: Once accepted, you will complete your chosen diagnostic or health check, providing our consultants with essential information about your organization.
- Consultation: You’ll receive a dedicated 1:1 consultation from a FT Strategies expert to review your results and evaluate potential strategies and tactics you could implement to improve.
- Tailored Recommendations: After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed report with tailored, actionable recommendations - including relevant case studies and best practices.
Due to the limited number of consultations available and their allocation on a first-come-first-served basis, we encourage you to submit your application at your earliest convenience.
