Since its launch, the CDP has processed data from over 300 million users across The Indian Express Digital's group sites, facilitating a customized experience for readers. Two key experiments demonstrated the platform's impact:

-Personalized Push Notifications: By leveraging user interests, The Indian Express delivered tailored push notifications, resulting in a 95% improvement in click-through rate (CTR). This personalized approach also reduced notification clutter, enhancing the user experience.

-"Curated for You" Section: A personalized content section was launched on the "MyExpress" page of indianexpress.com. This feature, initially rolled out to 0.1% of users, generated an additional 300,000 monthly pageviews, demonstrating the potential for increased engagement through personalization.
